How to Beat Hakkar the Soulflayer

Hakkar the Soulflayer is the final boss of Gurubashi Arena, zone 7 of 12, “The Blood God Wakes”. On the community clock checked for 0.110.0, Hakkar the Soulflayer arrives at 18:00. The run has already shown four earlier bosses. You unlock the next zone only by killing this one, on this class. Surviving until the timestamp is not the unlock.

Mechanics that are actually published
Every boss on this route, including Hakkar the Soulflayer, enrages below 30% health. That is the shared rule. We are not attaching a private ability list. Hit points stay omitted: the 0.112.5 pass did not produce one boss health value to cite, and the older 0.103.1 figures were not re-measured.
Spend the enrage window on movement and on whatever your capstone already does to targets under 30% health. Execute-style talents, Warrior’s Mortal Strike route, and Hunter’s Aimed Shot resets are examples. A new card grabbed at 31% health will not come online in time.
The arena floor leaves less room to kite than an open zone. A shield, a heal, or a death save changes this one. Circle the inside edge. Do not Blink or Charge into the stands and get stuck.

Builds that fit this zone
Paladin build. Freedom on a 15-second cooldown breaks a root. It will not move a boss. Stand in your consecration and sidestep the telegraph.
Priest build. Pain on a boss is steady damage, not a burst. Do not reroll away your only single-target card at minute 12.
Hunter build. Pets do not replace a boss pattern. Keep distance when the final boss drops under 30% health.
If Hakkar the Soulflayer is killing you, another clear of the previous zone is usually more talent experience than a new class. Then come back with the same capstone finished.
